- Peace is not the absence of conflict, it's learning how to navigate conflicts, and having the tools set up to go into a conversation that is uncomfortable, stay in that uncomfortable conversation to find a resolution. Ultimately to understand each other at a deeper level.
- How, when the Covid-19 quarantine struck, she moved her in-person events to all successful online virtual events in about three weeks - 6-8 months earlier (and faster) than she had originally planned - allowing her to double the value, and reach international guest speakers and attendees.
